About House Price Finder

House Price Finder provides free, easy-to-read property price data for England and Wales. We make HM Land Registry data accessible to everyone — whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, or researching the market.

Our Data

All data comes from the HM Land Registry Price Paid dataset, which records the sale price of every residential property in England and Wales upon registration. The dataset currently contains over 30,954,876 transactions dating back to 1995.

Data is updated monthly when HM Land Registry publishes new transactions. We process and aggregate this data across 2,392 postcode areas, 1,173 towns, and 132 counties.
